Stick on Labels All labels will be printed exactly as you have typed. All text will appear in white and in Upper and Lower Case. Before applying labels ensure surface is completely dry, free from oil, dust or grease before attaching sticker. All stick on labels are suitable for hard flat surfaces. Some textured surfaces may reduce adherence of the product. All vinyl self adhesive labels (ie kids labels, pen and pencil labels, allergy free labels, book labels, exercise book labels, spice and pantry labels plus address labels) are microwave safe, dishwasher resistant and waterproof. Due to the nature of these digital printed labels – some rubbing may occur when in contact with another hard or abrasive surface.

Iron on Labels are suitable for cotton or polyester/cotton blends only. Iron on instructions must be followed to ensure adhesion to fabric.

Credit Card Fees We do not charge extra to use a credit card.

Refund Policy On the rare occasion you may receive an incorrectly spelt product from us and the error is an error on our behalf, we will reprint the product and post it to you at no extra cost. You may be asked to return the product to us for inspection. We do not reprint errors that occur from a typing error you may have made over the internet or if you change your mind.

Postage & Handling postage is sent via Australia Post normal delivery. Should you require faster delivery we can arrange an express postal service through Australia Post – please contact us to arrange. Your product will be printed and ready for dispatch within 4-5 working days once you have placed your order and the order has been paid for. Cheque & E-Cheque payments will require normal bank clearance times before order will be posted.
